yes.abeauty.ro is an informational contact tool provided by Agress Beauty SRL. The site gives you information and an indicative recommendation and lets you submit a contact request to an aBeauty Clinique clinic. By using the site you accept these terms.
Nature of the service
The site provides: (a) general information, (b) an orientation tool based on your answers, and (c) a way to submit a contact request to the chosen clinic. It is NOT an online shop: no sale is concluded, no payment is taken, and no treatment contract is concluded through the site. Submitting the form is not an appointment and does not guarantee an appointment or a treatment.
Not a medical consultation or diagnosis
The recommendations shown are strictly indicative and for information only. They do NOT constitute a medical consultation, diagnosis, examination or treatment plan and do not replace an in-clinic medical evaluation by a physician. The outcome of any aesthetic treatment depends on each individual; no result is guaranteed. The prices and discounts shown are indicative, expressed in RON, and are not a binding offer. The final price and eligibility for any discount are set by the clinic after a direct medical evaluation and may vary by case. Discount availability is time-limited and may change.
How we handle your request
After you submit the form, your request is routed to the chosen aBeauty clinic and a consultant will contact you, usually within 48 working hours, often sooner.
Acceptable use
Please provide accurate data and do not use the site in an abusive, automated or unlawful way.
Intellectual property
The site content, the aBeauty Clinique brand, the texts and the design belong to Agress Beauty SRL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without consent.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, for information. We are not liable for treatment decisions, which are the responsibility of the physician and the clinic after an in-person evaluation, nor for changes to indicative prices. Liability for the medical act rests with the clinic and the physician and cannot be excluded by these terms.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. Your consumer rights are not affected. You may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the ADR Directorate within ANPC (anpc.ro/sal); the list of ADR entities is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The site does not conclude sales or service contracts online; medical services are contracted directly with the clinic.
